Where can i buy a program that enables Digital Magical Effects?
I'm looking for a program i can buy that allows me to have similar effects to Ann Geddes or those used in Sears.

Spend a lot of time taking classes and perfecting your skills.
Those images are not the result of sitting down at the computer and knocking out an image in an hour or two.
They are planed, posed images that are then melded together. A lot of what you see was previsualized long before any shooting was done and then the work began in Photoshop or some other digital darkroom program could take days to complete
