How to wipe a hard drive without internet connection?
I have an old dell compy and it is without a working internet connection...I would really like to wipe the hard drive and reinstall windows, but all the research I did on the internet was no good (on my desktop, btw). Is there any way to wipe the hard drive then reinstall windows without downloading a program off of the internet?
You don't need any software or internet connection to wipe the drive.Use the OS media you will install after the format to wipe the drive and install back windows
