Pioneer Djm-800 with Pioneer EFX-1000 or Pioneer DJM-909?

I recently paid off my two Pioneer Cdj-1000MK3 CD players & I'm thinking of getting a new mixer.

I'm more into effects than scratching, so which do you recommend? pros & cons?

The DJM-800 & EFX-1000 seems to be more popular, but it's also more expensive. ($2,300)

The DJM-909 is a lot cheaper ($1,200), but is the sound quality as good & will there be as many effects available?

Is the DJM-909 & EFX-1000 ($2,000) my best route, or would adding the EFX-1000 to the DJM-909 just be wasting money?

I would buy the DJM-800 with an EFX-1000 since scratching is secondary for you. You can scratch with the DJM-800. (Even though the DJM-909 is better for scratching.)
