Can an pod or MP3 player be used for your Audio that is connected to a PA System?
I sing in a Gospel Trio, and we are purchasing a new Pa system. I run the sound for our group, and it would be much easier for me if i can play the tracks from a Mp3 player audio out to the mixer, or if the headphone jack will work the same as an Audio out?
You can connect from the iPod headphone jack as mentioned, and then control the volume with the ipod. But if this is something you're going to do often, you might want to get an Ipod Dock with audio out (and maybe a remote) and then connect the dock to the mixer / PA. Then you would either use the remote (if the dock came with one) or adjust the volume at the mixer.
