Is this a reasonable fear for Sun square or opposite Pluto folks?

I catch myself doing this all the time. Not even in deep, negative, ridiculous ways. Just in general. ie: Like if you call someone a best friend, it might backfire or change and ruin what's there.. It's as if "Don't get too decided or your hopes up in a bundle, you know that the moment you take notice or want to say something it goes and changes on you."
There's the idea that just the fact of observing and calling something out can change it.. So you might want to keep some few things low key or understated.

I tend to relate what you're saying here to the separation anxiety complex I usually associate with a Neptune-Saturn square. However, if you look solely at Neptune and Saturn in your chart, you wouldn't see it as a square because it's not--on its own. But 1st house Mercury is the bridge in its opposition to 10th house Neptune (*tight* MC conjunction) and its being within orb to oppose your cardinal Saturn-Jupiter 7th house conjunction. As a result, it creates a mutable T-square with a little twist from that cardinal conjunction. Consider your history: You've been hurt many times and can be likely to hesitate to trust as a result. People have pulled the rug out from under you again and again, so it's natural not to trust the promises or plans.
But you mentioned your first house Sun opposed to seventh house Pluto (since you have this in your chart as well), and your Sun is part of a stellium with Venus and Mars. Again, we're speaking about relationships and how you've trusted and been repeatedly hurt. Isn't it all the more reason for you to doubt what plans and promises are offered you? I'd say it's quite natural for us as creatures of habit.
Reasonable *fear?* Well, is it a fear or a general mistrust? I'd call it mistrust--and doubt of others reliability to come through as they said they would.
You know, there's a counterpoint to these feelings. You could tend to be quite controlling, and that too would be related to the same mistrust--the determination to make sure people would follow through as they said they would.
