Why are they named differently?
I just saw this

I'm not native English speaker, so I wondered why is the first nib named "tip" and the other "lead"? Or is named "lead" the refill point?

The first picture is of a ball-point pen. The tip is part of the body of the pen. The part that actually puts the ink on the paper is a ball at the very end of the refill. This is just not called a nib!
The second picture is of a pencil, not a pen. The lead is the part that marks the paper and that is not called a nib either!
The nib is the end of a pen that uses liquid ink out of a bottle. With old fashioned pens you dipped the pen in the bottle of ink. Very old pens were goose feathers and you trimmed the quill of the feather so you could write with it. Later you bought metal nibs which slipped into a holder. Now you have fountain pens which have a bladder or cartridge holding ink which runs down onto the nib, which can be replaced when worn.
Try and find a similar diagram for a fountain pen.
