What can I do to make sure my 2003 BMW lasts as long as possible? Should I extend the warranty?
I'm asking if the extended warranty is a value, obviously it won't prevent anything.
Extending the warranty will not make your car last any longer. Do you think the rust on your car will stop spreading if you extend the warranty?
Proper monthly maintenance. Change the oil and all fluids every 3000 miles. New tires and brakes every 30000 miles. Rust-proof undercoating from Maaco will help. Wash off sand and salt in the winter.
